We are currently seeking a Recruiting Lead consultant for our Post Production Services (PPS) organization in our growing Workday practice. Our PPS organization helps clients maximize value from their Workday investment by providing the deep domain expertise necessary to stabilize, enhance, and expand their Workday footprint. As a critical role for the client and IBM’s success, the Recruiting Lead consultant helps clients optimize their existing Workday Recruiting implementation, takes the lead with clients already in production to help them implement the Workday Recruiting module, and provides strategic advice, implementation experience, business process and domain expertise to help clients get the value out of Workday.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze their Recruiting business requirements
Implement optimization to existing Workday Recruiting implementations
Expand Recruiting functionality to include Dashboards and other Recruiting optimization opportunities
Design and implement new Workday Recruiting solutions
Preferred candidates will have current certifications in Workday HCM and Recruiting but will also consider candidates that have this experience but with no certification.
Candidates with experience in other Workday modules is considered a plus.
In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. As such, travel to client sites may be required up to 50% or 2 days per week. Preferred candidates will live within a 50 mile radius of a major airport.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with configuring one or more of the following Recruiting, Talent or Learning products: Taleo, Brassring, SuccessFactors, Saba, Cornerstone, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Peoplefluent or similar product
At least 2 years experience in Recruiting, Talent or Learning functional areas of Human Resources
You can successfully lead and facilitate fit/gap and solution discussions SMW, Stakeholders and executives
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in a consulting environment
At least 2 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
At least 2 years experience in business process including analysis and requirements gathering
At least 2 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human Resources
Anticipating certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in Recruiting, Talent or Learning within 30 days
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Certified in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and in one of the following areas: Recruiting, Talent or Learning
At least 3 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
At least 3 years experience in business processes including analysis and requirements gathering
At least 3 years experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) / Human Resources
At least 3 years experience in deploying HCM SaaS software solutions (i.e., Workday, SuccessFactors, etc)
