Position Overview We have a number of great opportunities here at Mercer for Client Services Administrators to join our Financial Planning team based in Chipping Sodbury. These are varied roles set in a friendly, fast-paced environment which will require the successful individual to effectively manage multiple administrative tasks and responsibilities to a professional standard. Acting as key members of the team, the support these positions provide will be vital in enabling colleagues to focus on operational efficiency and customer excellence. Key Responsibilities Prepares client advice documentation i.e. Statements of Advice (SOA), implementation of investment recommendations, and fund manager application forms Prepares Financial Review Documents detailing clients’ investment portfolio, performance and ongoing fees Coordinates Financial Adviser’s client contact to meet clients’ expectations, making appointments for new and existing clients Maintains the Client Relationship Management system and ensure a focus on continuous improvement Prepares invoices and organises brokerage. Ensure end of month process is finalised and reporting on financials is up to date Liaises with fund managers, tracking implementation of recommendations and maintaining client portfolios Answers incoming client calls following through client queries Skills & Experience Good academic background supported by good grades at A-Level and/or GCSE in subjects that include Maths and English Demonstrable experience of working in a similar capacity and taking ownership of similar responsibilities in an office environment would be advantageous, ideally within Insurance, Banking or Customer Service Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills in completing assigned tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Excellent customer/client etiquette About Mercer At Mercer, we make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people every day by advancing their health, wealth, and careers.
