The Jelf Employee Benefits Team provide flexible benefits packages to SME clients, tailoring clients benefits packages to their individual needs and supporting them in the implementation of their employee benefits portal.

As a Benefits Implementation Analyst within Jelf you will to act as primary point of contact for client’s and their benefit system implementation issues, establishing effective working relationships with the Senior Benefits Management Consultants and also Jelf clients.

Job responsibilities:

Forge close working relationships with the Senior Benefits Management Consultants and support them in managing client relationships in order to meet client expectations Produce professional and complete documentation/correspondence to clients within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), in a compliant manner within timescales confirmed by relevant Specifications and project management documents You will be required to work on your own initiative and to prioritise client’s enquiries effectively, keeping the Benefits Management Consultant (BMC) informed of workload and any possible delays in processing/meeting agreed SLA’s Take ownership of all tasks relating to initial implementations and all scheme renewals. You will be required to proactively manage priorities/deadlines, delivery of reports and client documentation accordingly You will be required to take the lead on all client website testing and checking procedures for client builds and renewals Maintain professional relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues, identifying potential issues and escalating as necessary Deliver and accurately maintain all internal and external documentation for website builds/delivery and roll out for all clients Proactively suggest improvement in working methods to benefit clients, streamline processes and support the implementation of improvements in working practices. Demonstrate and apply, on a daily basis, an in depth knowledge of employee benefits and other related product types Take responsibility for delivering exceptional service to all clients, showing respect and take ownership of their enquiries whilst demonstrating excellent knowledge of products and system implementation practices Actively participating in the annual client renewals exercise Working on ad-hoc client projects/requests QualificationsKey skills and experience required:
