This is an exciting opportunity in Cheonan for a Parts Sales Representative. Cummins Sales and Services Korea in Cheonan is where Parts Sales Representative can be able to achieve parts sale to nationwide dealers & fleet customers. Manage dealers in specific area as OEM Sales

Thinking beyond your desk includes:

1) Handling Orders

  • Deal with frequent daily inquiries by email, phone call e.g. supersession, price, lead time, availability, replacement parts number, other technical information

  • Follow up open order, back order till them to be shipped in cooperation with an administrator & Logistics

  • Communicate with Logistics team to improve parts availability and reduce E&O items

  1. Sales & Marketing
  • Set and meet AOP target for dealers/affiliate as a OEM

  • Manage channel partners as a OEM

  • Evaluate dealers with Dealer EXCEL program

  • Make a dealership agreement with new candidate or renew it with existing dealers

  • Develop strategy through analysis of product, competitors and market

  • Visit dealers/affiliate in regular basis

  • Provide technical support relating to Parts business

  • Develop fleet customer, direct end-user account sales

  • Contribute to develop new bundle package and sales promotion strategy

  • Manage AR for dealers/affiliates in specific areas and customers

  • Manage AR for specific areas (Credit limit, Past Due, Bad debt and Collateral etc)

  • Contribute QSOL training, Parts Training, Nationwide Dealer Conference etc

  • Provide timely sales report / forecast – weekly sales update, monthly sales forecast, sales pipeline

  • Support customers’ promotional event or any related events in the region with brochures, banner, people participation in cooperation with customers, SVC Team

  1. Safety
  • Take reasonable care to protect health, safety and wellbeing of self and others.

  • Timely reporting of incidents and injuries to immediate manager.

  • Maintain the orderliness of the workplace to remove hazards.

  • Report all hazards identified and apply immediate controls as necessary.

  • Comply with the requirements of Cummins Sales and Service Korea OHS Policies, Procedures and SWP’s.

  • Use personal protective equipment as prescribed by Cummins Sales and Service Korea.

  • Participate in communication and consultation processes, training and instruction, and the development and maintenance of a safe working environment.

Qualifications

< Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience>

  • 35 years experiences in related field

  • Prefer direct end user/ account sales experience

  • Skills on MS-Office

  • Able to travel to domestic and overseas

  • Preferred expert on Engine, Machinery and equipment/vehicle

  • Good command of English and Korean communication skills
