As Client Relationship Manager part of your responsibility is to: Administer, mentor and oversees performance management for a more senior support level employees/more junior level professional employees, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs. Help prepare, manage, implement and achieve business plans and goals. Strengthen effective long term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitors political, management and other changes within the client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client. Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Recognize and capitalize upon revenue generation, growth and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolio and other sources. Works to implement successful account retention and defense strategies to ensure business is retained. Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assists claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients. Qualifications and Experience If you have 5 years or more of relevant experience in financial services or insurance industry and preferably relevant experience in health insurance management or insurance brokering then we would like to hear from you.
