The incumbent will aid existing and new business expansion in Career through management and delivery of projects, networking and prospecting existing or new products/ services and ensuring pipeline projects are closed. You will work closely with the Business Leader in overall development and implementation of Rewards strategy for Mercer clients and support sales activities. You can also look forward (but not limited to): Rewards and Performance Management Projects: Define, determine client specific project scope on Rewards, Performance Management and Competency Framework. You will develop, manage and deliver these projects with support from Business Leader and technical experts in the region.
