The Health Leader is a newly created position to develop Mercer Philippines presence in the market. This is a unique opportunity to build something within an established brand. This role will report directly into the Country CEO.
As the Health Leader, you would be expected to:
Counsels, mentors and oversees performance management for a medium to large size group, coordinates workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs. Serves as a trusted advisor, and expands the dialogue with the client to discuss both current and emerging risks, ensuring the client receives the best of what the Company has to offer. Oversees preparation, management, implementation and achievement of business plans and goals. Maximizes team and account profitability through the implementation of efficient and effective work practices, adequate client billing and sensible expense control. Solidifies effective long term relationships with own and Account Executives’ key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within client organizations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client. Utilizes a thorough understanding of the client's business, risk management and insurance needs to ensure that our services and programs continue to meet their complex needs and expectations. Develops and leads implementation of clear and effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal performance exceeds set targets. Strengthens positive and tenacious client retention and development focus amongst subordinates through regular communication of client status and retention issues. Leads revenue generation, growth and other opportunities by actively developing additional business from existing portfolio and other sources in line with budget targets. QualificationsThe Ideal Candidate would have:
