Chenega Professional and Technical Services, LLC (CPTS) is seeking a Enterprise Transformation Manager. The Enterprise Transformation Manager is responsible for oversight of transformational Architecture and Technology solutions for the programs at NASA, and their transition into the services portfolio. His focus is planning significant changes in the services, and their engineering and staffing processes. The Enterprise Transformation Manager will work closely with NASA and the leadership – particularly, the Integrated Services Delivery (ISD) Manager to identify opportunities for technology improvements, lead their proposal to NASA, and once approved by NASA and planned, guide these transformations into an integrated implementation. This role is to ensure that the Chenega Team is always poised to address rising ‘disruptive’ technologies, as well as NASA directional changes whether strategic, technology market, political, Agency technology initiative, or budgetary. The Enterprise Transformation Manager will be a key member of the Team Chenega senior leadership team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Early identification of IT services trends, and shifts relative to mission use cases.

  • Conveying business cases relevant to technology services change.

  • Collaborative stakeholder (e.g. NASA, internal staff) governance development relative to IT and services change and planning.

  • Managing change within NASA IT architecture methods.

  • Close working with executive, line, and development management to develop and enact non-disruptive process change.

  • Building strong morale within Team Chenega (including all teammates).

  • Participating in developing of future strategies.

  • Experience with the program management and development of a large NASA Enterprise.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or related field preferred

  • MBA or CPA preferred

  • PMP preferred

  • Ten (10) or more years of technical and lead experience.e

  • Demonstrated experience establishing teaming relationships/partnerships and oversight of teammates.

  • Demonstrated experience managing mid to large NASA IT programs.

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning.

  • Demonstrated success building relationships with customers and teammates.

  • Demonstrated experience in Team building.

  • Must be able to obtain required NASA badge.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good organizational and planning skills.

  • Technology services strategic planning skill.

  • Architecture management and development skills.

  • Good Communication skills at all levels of a service organization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.

  • Business case development skills.

  • Ability to interface with various levels of personnel in a multi-cultural, team- oriented environment.
