Job Description

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountable for KeyBank and third party fee income services, including P&L ownership, forecasting and delivery of associated financials. Sets and manages to both drivers and outcomes of performance (financial and behavioral).

Analyzes and optimizes client experience and financial returns of fee income services. Assist in forecast fee usage, revenue, attrition and profitability based on current models as well as macro data.

Evaluates new fee income opportunities, including the design of value added fee income service opportunities in line with target client segments.

Manage profitability drivers of consumer fees to ensure they meet profitability hurdles and fiscal plans.

Educates and trains both branch and contact center teammates regarding products and services – responsible for driving the development and deployment of all sales and marketing content.

Third party management of associated vendors, along with risk management controls associated with services.

Oversee multiple vendor relationships and associated products relating to checking products, fees and services.

Work with various business lines and support areas to enhance existing fee-based products and bring new products/services/channels to market based on business strategy, industry experience, market analysis, customer analysis/needs identification.

Develop initial and ongoing product, service and third party vendor risk assessments, and manage quarterly/annual reviews.

Lead teams cross functionally, including Sales and Marketing, Client Experience, Branch and Call Center Operations, Technology, and Legal and Compliance to ensure timely delivery of fee projects.

Ensure strict adherence with product policies and guidelines to ensure all legal and compliance are met; oversight of consumer disclosure and change in terms communication strategies.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years experience in fee-income product development or management preferred

Financial and analytical thinking and the ability to forecast

Experience in developing and launching fee-based consumer products, required

Understanding of Retail Banking products and segment needs

Direct P/L responsibility

Ability to think/act strategically, while delivering tactically with a keen focus on details

Strong business management presentation and Powerpoint skills

Vendor relationship management capabilities

Proven ability to drive projects from concept to rollout in cooperation with various business units and third party partners

Self-starter and team player with a structured approach to achieve tight timelines on complex deliverables

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing or Finance preferred

Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

Working knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc).

Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives
