This position develops initiatives in support of the various Corporate Bank businesses as well as those initiatives that span the broader B2B groups . Shapes initiatives through the integration of insights, hypothesis, and business strategy in order to assist business tams in developing scope and objectives. The position requires understanding of interdependencies with other groups, projects/initiatives for optimal outcomes. Oversight activities will also require that this individual be responsible for managing and coordinating activities across various functions and LOBs in order to successfully execute initiatives. Will ensure that effective success metrics, client and employee experience is front and center in all design and development efforts.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work closely with Corp Bank business teams to define and implement initiatives and activities that balance LOB needs with the most efficient and effective design, development and launch of new processes and activities.
Partner with LOB teams and enterprise partners (including sponsors) to drive Initiatives
Experience with large scale process design and change management frameworks and practices.
Build the community of practice for client journeys as the foundation of initiative design and development.
Collaborates and partners closely with internal partners and other areas of expertise to develop ideas and initiatives for launch.
Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and yearly alignment of technology projects to the overall business strategies utilizing a cross functional team of line leaders, finance and technology partners.
Establishes and organizes the quarterly hot-topic educational sessions
Uses external benchmarks and research to help shape initiatives and recommends opportunities for improvements where observed.
Provides direction, guidance, and support in the development of initiatives and on an ongoing basis during execution.
Manages the tracking and communication of the progress against initiative in design, development and launch
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on the portfolio of approved initiatives.
Builds relationships with internal “centers of influence that aids the execution of initiatives.
Leads large scale enterprise initiatives into the Corp Bank by engaging the right team members to create a consistent client and employee approach
Bachelor Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent
Minimum of 7 years experience in projects/initiatives management
Experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation
Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business partners and banking teams
Ability to communicate with all management levels
