Bank of America Operations Representative in College Park, Georgia

Job Description:

Reviewing and processing transactions for item processing and performing other support operations functions as required. Maintains internal operational and financial controls and ensures they meet Bank standards. Ensure quality service, effective and efficient operations support for assigned areas internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. The individual must be a self-starter, able to pay close attention to detail, have the ability to be cross-trained and be a team player. This position requires good attendance, schedule flexibility, and the compliance with all LOB policies and regulations.

Required skills:

  • Excellent time management

  • Extremely fast-paced 10-key skills

  • Must possess very strong 10 key alpha and numeric keyboard skills, in addition to strong typing with no errors

  • Must be able to maintain speed and accuracy under pressure of heavy workloads and meet required productivity and quality standards

  • Ability to work in high volume environment, adhering to production standards to meet deadlines

  • Must work Mandatory Overtime through peak times of the month (usually first 7-8 days of the month), must work till completion of work

  • Customer/client focused

  • PC skills

  • Microsoft Office 2013 experience

  • May handle minor problems but refers more difficult problems to manager for resolution

  • Adhere to set Break/Lunch Schedules
