Implementation Project Specialist for Oracle HGBU Consulting France
Managementof assigned projects related to our HOTEL solutions,
Identifyand schedule project milestones, required resources and assigns individualtasks and responsibilities,
Coordinateall parties relevant to each project (Oracle offices, LOB teams, partners,implementation specialists, order entries, logistics etc...),
Activelykeep track of the project delivery status that you are responsible for andfollow these through to successful completion. Maintain close contact withthe implementation teams remote or on site,
Monitorday-to-day progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget andreport back to management and theclient on a regular basis,
Identify,log, analyse and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking preventiveor corrective actions by tackling day-to-day issues until completion andproject sign off by client,
Ensuresproject documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately to ensuretimely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for each assignedprojects,
Ensureproper and sufficient client communication at all time during the project,
Maintainand enhance the company image by acting professionally at all times,
Adhere toand follow all procedures accurately and efficiently,
Attendany relevant meetings on customer premise or at a Oracle location as andwhen required,
Anyother task deemed appropriate.
Must be fluent in French and English
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate-level implementation project professional who manages the relationship with client site during entire Implementation phase. Tracks and coordinates all moving pieces of the Implementation from start to end. 1st level of escalation for onsite installation team.
Manages Implementation Service deliverables throughout installation project including milestones and project schedule. Develops and maintains consistent standards for project delivery. Reviews project proposals. Confers with implementation team, management or account management to locate the appropriate parties to provide technical advice. Creates and communicates status reporting for both internal and external purposes. Manages project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant roles. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
