The Oracle SaaS CX team (Oracle Engagement Cloud/Fusion, RightNow, Eloqua, Big Machines, Responsys, Maxymiser, BlueKai, Service Cloud, ATG, OPA, Inquira …) is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle CRM Customer Experience Solutions to our clients.
The Strategy for CRM of this year is to sustain and growth our footprint on SaaS in which Oracle has a very wide and specialized offering and Consulting is the enabler of customer success in cloud solutions.

Running workshop sessions analyzing client requirements and recommending future state process and solution design;
Design and document solutions to automate business & technical processes and satisfy requirements;
Guide customers through the configuration of CX (Cloud) solutions;
Transfer product knowledge to clients to reinforce client understanding and ensure a successful transition into an operational environment (post-implementation);
Contribute to product configuration
Integrate CX solutions to other customer applications (web-services, integration,…)
Participate in and/or lead test planning, document test plans, and test conditions; perform solution testing, document test results, and assist with defect resolution;
Engage other departments (e.g., Customer Care, Cloud Services, Development, and Sales) to address customer and product issues;
Work closely with other project team members (e.g. Functional Consultants, Quality Assurance Analyst) to ensure functional and technical requirements are being implemented appropriately;
Identify and present Consulting Services opportunities;
Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to CRM Customer Experience strategy, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle CRM CX solution;
Recommend Oracle CRM CX implementation and operational best practices, while guiding clients through the adoption of your recommendations;
Exceed Oracle and client expectations for engagement performance (e.g. professionalism, solution delivery, project documentation, presentation skills and time)
Be ready to become one of the CX solution focus leaders for CX Marketing and Sales Cloud solutions.
5 years of experience relevant to this position
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture
Prior experience on Cloud Customer Experience projects implementations
Conversions and Interfaces into and out of CX Cloud : SFTP, Loader, Webservices, API, BIP, OTBI
Experience in working with onshore and offshore teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Technical Lead experience in one or more projects
Good knowledge and field experience on Sales processes, Service and Support processes or Marketing process and Campaign Management
Ability to build relationships with team members and clients
Entrepreneurial mindset to grow business in France
Fluent in English & French
Attitude to work with an international project team of high qualified professionals
Availability to work at customer’s locations in France and in other European countries.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
