Role based in Colombes (92), France
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager in France (HR department), the purpose of this role is to develop and lead the health and wellbeing programme at Oracle France.
The role will involve acquiring an understanding of the business and culture, and developing close working relationships with key personnel within the company, but also with external agencies and suppliers.
The post holder will be a dynamic individual with experience in successful project management in a corporate environment.
We want a ‘can do’ person with drive and energy, who will be engaged with the business and who will make change happen in a short space of time.
He/ She will develop the wellbeing strategy and therefore should be comfortable communicating.
Duties & Responsibilities:
With the help of an external agency, develop a robust health & wellbeing strategy and plan that meet our goals and support our culture.
Design, implement and manage the delivery of a program of health & wellbeing initiatives for all the client’s sites in France, based on needs of employees.
Manage the relationship and commercial links with providers in coming together in joined up offerings.
Follow up annual budget.
Promote the program on social media.
Work closely with the Wellbeing team.
Scope & relationships:
Role must work with and develop relationships within the HR and the C&B teams and other key stakeholders within the company.
Role needs to gain and maintain provider engagement.
Prepare a diploma in communication, marketing, events
Full understanding of the integration of health benefits for an organization
Developed written & verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present at all levels both internally and externally
