  • 1 year experience in Java based technologies and front end technologies such as Angular & NodeJS.

  • Responsible for the system design activities under direction from Tech Lead/ Tech Specialist \

    • Able to decompose requirements into tasks and provide accurate estimates for those tasks
  • Practice software engineering best practices within the engineering team.

  • Develop quality code targeting stability and NFRs

  • Achieving software engineering goals within the team .(from Q2 onwards )

  • Directly engage with the product management for requirement analysis and clarifications.\

    • Support the team to meet project deadlines in order to meet quarterly product roadmap.
  • Identification and simplification of systems for stability and scalability.\

    • Ability to perform product analysis and design \
    • Provision of in depth technical skills to fix adhoc incidents/ problems \
    • The ability to interact promptly and professionally with teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Resolve technical matters and communicating effectively within the team

  • Supporting other Dev/QE members to achieve their commitments

  • Supporting team to execute engineering initiatives.

  • Mentoring of team members.\

    • Adhere to professional code of ethics (i.e. accountability, consistency in the work carried out, punctuality ) and code of conduct at Pearson.
