The Cummins Legal Department is seeking a law student to serve as an intern this summer. The following basic qualifications and skills are required:


  • Completed at least 1 year at an ABA-accredited law school and currently pursuing law degree.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients across various disciplines and cultures.

  • Must possess strong work ethic

  • History of academic success

Cummins Internship program criteria :

  • Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

  • Must be able to complete a minimum of 10 weeks or a maximum of 12 week commitment

  • Must be able to complete 40 hours per week

  • Willingness to learn from others on the job
