Aetna is hiring a DSNP Business and Operations Director. Opportunity to be part of newly established National DSNP Program Office and is a high level individual contributor position managing business and operations as it relates to our National DSNP Program office. Telework is a requirement for this position (no physical office location)
We are willing to consider candidates based on location, not location specific and telework only.
Key member of National DSNP Program Office:
(*) Support growth and expansion strategy, implementation, and operations
(*) Focus on network, member experience, and care management strategy and innovations
(*) Liaison to corporate shared service functions and market-based operations
(*) Operational planning, implementation, and ongoing oversight and management of select activities and functions
(*) Drives development of operational and performance improvement strategies to support ongoing growth and expansion of Medicare Advantage Dual Special Needs Plans
(*) Facilitates and leads cross functional planning and implementation teams
(*) Develops business cases, implementation plans, and supports operational execution working across enterprise functions and business segments
(*) Gathers, analyzes, and synthesizes internal and external business intelligence and best practices
(*) 7+ years experience with several of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.
(*) Experience with Medicare Advantage, Dual Special Needs Plans, care management and network strategy
(*) Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
(*) Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
(*) Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.
(*) Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project management/consulting, financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.
(*) Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
