Bank of America Treasury F&S Sr. Specialist – Integration, Fulfillment & Service in Concord, California

Job Description:

Position located on-site in Concord, CA (Clayton Road, Building D)

Line of Business Description: The role will be part of the Integration team within Fulfillment and Services.

Enterprise Description/ Role Overview: First point of contact for inquiries received from high revenue clients via email channel. Responsible for reading, analyzing and determining appropriate handling of requests. Requests consist of treasury, cash management and/or depository products; including implementation of treasury services. Works with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and resolve eligible items;

  • Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable;

  • Receive and respond to requests received by email and internal partners;

  • Interacts continuously and deepens relationships with internal business partners as well as clients to further enhance client delight;

  • Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries;

  • Utilize the various bank systems to support clients requests.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior banking experience, knowledge of Treasury Management products, and/or project management experience with proven client interaction abilities

  • Problem solving, analytical and organizational skills

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable being a client advocate with ability to escalate appropriately to resolve client escalations and to meet and exceed client’s expectation

  • Must be a team player with great interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt and lead changes as needed

  • Comfortable excelling in a metric and timeline driven environment

  • Able to work independent of direct supervision

  • General PC, Windows - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel Knowledge

Desired Skills and Experience

  • College degree, preferred

  • Proven track record of servicing Large Corporate or Commercial Clients
