Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Scheduler for employment in the Coral Gables, FL office.

AECOM's Consent Decree team is seeking a Construction Scheduler who is experienced in the review of large program schedules, contractors schedules, baseline schedules and monthly updated schedules.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and actualize monthly construction schedules

  • Review/audit contractor pay estimates based on work completed

  • Attendance and input at monthly/weekly/daily contractor and client meetings

  • Reporting of progress and issues to Construction Manager, Construction Engineer and Program Construction Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in scheduling

  • Experience on a water and wastewater construction contract from $10 millon to $150 million in value

  • Experience in analysis of contractor time impact analysis, claims, and compensability of claims and be able to advise the program team on merit of such claims

  • Experience in the compilation and oversight of the program schedule as it is reported to the owner

  • Ability to interpret design drawings for use in schedule analysis

  • Primavera P6 proficiency

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a combination of education and experience

  • Experience with Proliance Construction (PCTS) and EBuilder

  • OSHA training 10 hour/30 hour
