AutoZone Sr. UX Specialist in Corporate Office, United States

AutoZone's Sr. UX Specialist is the primary Information Architect responsible for defining the customer experience across all customer facing digital platforms. This person will provide positive user experience by determining information structure for Web sites and other Web and Mobile applications. This position will work directly with the product / program management team to develop UX strategies and UX / IA specifications that will improve the performance usability and effectiveness of customer facing interfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for driving insights to inform the definition and development of new and existing products across all platforms

  • Responsible for working cross functionally with teams to shape and execute learning's plans based on business needs and growth initiatives for both existing and new offerings

  • Processes and uses information gathered from any user tests, surveys, and internal conversations

  • Leads and/or participates in user research, concept testing, and usability testing

  • Develops and uses market research models and insights to drive superior decision making

  • Interprets research results, derives implications, performs market analysis and gathers strategic intelligence to provide proactive insight regarding the consumer market, trends and our customer needs, pain points and buying behaviors

  • Expert in methodology, survey design, and analysis/reporting, including appropriate use of advanced user research techniques

  • Works with product managers, designers, developers and research managers to prioritize Digital team's research needs in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree or Equivalent work experience

  • 5 - 7 years experience Azure, Visio, Xmind, PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator. HTML
