Coordinates the SHS clinical policies and procedures, supporting the established document management processes. Ensures policy standardization and compliance with applicable regulatory standards. Collaborates and guides clinical standardization committees/councils for timely review, revision and comparison of policy and process control with best practice standards.
Provides oversight and direction for compliance with applicable federal/state rules and regulations and internal policies and procedures. This department is responsible for all lines of business in all service locations.
Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
Current unencumbered Oregon RN licensure required.
Three (3) years healthcare management experience required.
Five (5) years nursing experience required.
Previous healthcare policy and procedure management experience required.
Experience and/or training in Microsoft computer applications required.
Ability to understand clinical practice and standards to keep abreast of changing regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Problem Solving: Skilled at applying problem solving skills in a logical, systematic way to resolve issues.
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively to be productive in prioritizing, scheduling and planning work day. Ability to juggle different work activities and shift attention from one task to another without losing sight of details and timelines.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with executives and to interact positively and productively with staff and workgroup teams across the organization, create effective presentations, and facilitate meetings that have clear objectives and meaningful outcomes.
Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading skills. Ability to identify errors or inconsistencies, developing solutions with the assistance of subject matter experts.
