Responsible for full-cycle recruiting and hiring for Samaritan Health Services while ensuring all applicable laws and organization policies/procedures are followed.
Samaritan Health Services Recruiting sources, screens and hires for all non-provider positions within our organization. We leverage technology with a state-of the art applicant tracking system (ATS), collaborative relationships with our hiring managers, and industry best practices to attract and hire top talent.
One of the following required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, communications or closely related field.
Four (4) years recent experience in human resources office, staffing agency, marketing department, or closely related experience.
Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
Experience with online applicant tracking or candidate relationship management system preferred.
Certification in Human Resources and/or recruiting preferred.
Previous healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
Human Resources - Possess knowledge and ability to interpret and apply human resources policies, procedures, practices, programs, Federal/State employment laws, labor contracts, and employment agreements.
Time management - Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.
Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of marketing strategy and sales techniques to show, promote, and sell products or services. Ability to understand the needs of clients and translate those needs into profitable objectives.
Communication - Effective written and verbal communication skills to perform group presentations, tactfully discuss issues, and listen to and understand complex information/situations. Ability to work with all levels within the organization, facilitate communication, and effectively document related activities.
Customer service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving - Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, employ creativity and alternative thinking to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
