  • JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

  • Participates within a team environment with responsibility for development, maintenance and delivery of application systems. Provides business, analytical, and design skills within assigned platform. Ensures correct business functionality and IT standards are addressed within the computer applications. Collaborates with business partners and peers to gather, translate and transform business requirements into effective technology solutions. Responsible for leading projects and mentoring peer analysts.

  • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

  • Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology and project management services at Samaritan Health Services. This IS Solution Delivery team collaborates with representatives from patient care and other corporate departments on the delivery of information systems. Primary responsibilities include implementation, reporting and integration services.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent work experience required.

  • Three (3) years experience in Information Technology required.

  • Industry recognized, current and relevant certification preferred.

  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
