Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten or more years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

SaaS Cloud Security Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager
Job Description Summary
Oracle SaaS Cloud Security Program Execution Team is currently seeking a Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager to support our SaaS Cloud Security Strategic Programs in an effort to develop, implement, improve, and maintain our world class security services. The position is as stated to both bring information into the program to improve our ability to meet various (and changing) industry requirements, and to communicate the program to the Senior Leadership Team.
Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager will have broad knowledge of compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC1-3, HIPAA, ISO27001, ISO27018, FedRAMP etc.), security Services and program management methodology and support functions such as:
1) Vendor analysis for tools and applications we should consider to enhance our security posture
2) Identify gaps and program plans to fix those gaps
3) Manage the budget, risk, metrics and ROI on purchases made to enhance our capabilities
4) Implementing tools and managing the integration with existing security features
5) Build out the Security Roadmap to align with our organizational mission
Candidates for this position will:
Evaluate vendors based on a weighted criteria to establish the best vendor to enhance our capabilities
Work with all organizations within SCS as well as partners throughout the organization to achieve our roadmap objectives
Build the SCS budget based on the strategic roadmap and track procurements to monitor the budget
Work with Senior Leadership to prioritize the program and resources based on highest impact
Create strategic plans based on the current environment and review with leadership
Implement new tools and services and integrate the solution with current systems
Analyze current processes and find ways to improve
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27018, PCI, FedRAMP, HIPAA, SOC1-3, EU and GDPR
3-5 years of experience SaaS Cloud Security Experience
8 years of experience in a program management role
One or more of the following active certifications: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CQA preferred
Domain knowledge in risk management, finance, or quantitative research concepts preferred
Familiarity with information technology, security, and engineering concepts, ability to discuss technical risks/issues with subject matter experts
Highly motivated self-starter; results-oriented
Exceptional communication skills
