Eaton Corporation Project & Specification Sales Manager in Cuautitlan, Mexico

Responsible to achieve market penetration and pull incremental sales through:

  1. Identifying and reaching new customers (electrical contractors, construction companies, home builders, designing companies), and providing them an adequate product solution from our Wiring Devices portfolio

  2. Become a product expert to promote our products instead of our competitors

  3. Works with the distributors and the rest of the sales team to close the agreement with the Job contractors or construction companies

  4. Identifies new business opportunities, projects and customers to capture new sales orders and new product introductions

  5. Supervise indirect sales reports dedicated to project sales for potential customers visit agenda

  6. Gets, pulls and keep updated customers contact information (purchasing, engineering, MRO, etc) to prioritize customer trips and visit agendas.

  7. Participate in forecast process review to warn possible closing dates for projects or new business achieving.

  8. Develop, track and update a project deck of the main construction jobs in all Mexico. Leads the customer 360° system

  9. Provide feedback for business intelligence and commercial opportunities (new potential products or improvements)

  10. Promotes Eaton´s complete offer, products, solutions and services.


• BS Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering

• Experience: 3-5 years in electrical industry ( Low voltage end users)

• English: Full command

• SAP or any ERP

• Windows Office

• 80% travel availability
