Position Title SQQ-89 Fleet Support Analyst
United States of America - Virginia
Candidate will support inport and underway SQQ-89 operations and training including ASW Qualification, System Grooms and CSSQT. Candidate will also conduct PMS, train crew, support operational system checkout of SQQ-89 system onboard (inport and underway) and in a shore site environment
Ten years minimum operational experience with SQQ-89 (ACB experience preferred).
Working technical knowledge of SQQ-89 and maintenance of sonar, TSP, SVTT and auxiliary equipment.
Training experience (Instructor qualification preferred).
Works well in a team environment.
Ability to support extensive travel (3 months) in a calendar year.
Ability to maintain a Security Clearance.
Aegis (DDG/CG) CIC experience with CADRT/DDRT plotting in support of USW, SUW, SAR, CBR and NSFS missions required.
Experience testing and maintaining tactical shipboard systems.
Journeyman or Master level SQQ-89 Navy Training
E-6 or above
