Opportunity Overview:

The Deloitte Asset Lifecycle Management practice works directly with our clients to harness the value of assets for the benefit of the company, its shareholders, and its customers. We partner with clients to advise and guide them through this transformational effort. We provide assessments, recommendations, and implementations for individual stages of the lifecycle including end-to-end solutions. Projects range from optimizing business processes, establishing data governance programs, and implementing digital solutions to enable data driven decisions. Asset Lifecycle Management initiatives seek to improve the operations of and coordination between procurement, engineering, operations, finance, and accounting. Each of these departments are our stakeholders and business sponsors.

We are looking for innovative individuals who enjoy working in a team environment to critically assess, advise, and implement leading solutions to enable integrated asset lifecycle management. You will be advising clients on a variety of business issues that help identify, assess, manage, measure and transform the organization's performance and capabilities. You ll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside leading professionals across diverse industries in a variety of project experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Data Analytics utilizing structured and unstructured data

  • Prepare for and assist with facilitation of cross functional workshops spanning project lifecycle activities including identify, validate, and solution design

  • Due diligence meetings understand and document the client s current operational landscape

  • Qualitatively and quantitatively analyze targeted areas for improvement opportunities

  • Develop actionable recommendations and solutions

  • Develop executive level presentations

  • Implement operational and digital solution recommendations

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of bachelor s degree; preferred in engineering or Computer Science

  • Demonstrated leadership and strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Experience prioritizing tasks, working on multiple assignments and managing ambiguity

  • Experience working independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge

  • Possess in depth business acumen

  • Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

  • Travel up to 80% may be required at times, dependent on role and location

Preferred:

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2 preferred)

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (e.g. industry internships, summer positions, school jobs) in the fields of engineering, FP&A, property accounting, or indirect procurement

  • Knowledge of systems impacting the asset lifecycle such as SAP,Oracle, IBM Maximo, Anaplan, etc.
