Marsh & McLennan Associate Client Executive- Dallas, TX in Dallas, Texas

Position summary: As an integral part of the Global Risk Management team, the Associate Client Executive must be capable of: servicing accounts in target markets and developing relationships with economic buyers; reviewing client's business operations, exposures and loss experience against current coverage and defines strategic plan of action to address those issues; working closely with Client Executives to service accounts as well as collaborating with our risk practices and service teams. In addition, the Associate Client Executive:

Maintains and expands low-risk accounts from a global risk book of business and assists senior level colleagues with maintaining and expanding large or complex accounts to refine and develop technical and managerial sales skills as well as gain exposure. Collaborates with senior level colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision makers, account needs and underlying risks to determine potential services, products and combinations that will best serve and address client business objectives, business compliance so as to expand accounts. Conducts research and analyses to target new buyer hubs and gain insight as to expansion opportunities strategizing internal offerings and market trends to ideally institutionalize accounts within the business. Analyzes and conceptualizes collected project, account and/or market quantitative and qualitative data into a viable offering for proposal work for personal or superior colleagues' accounts. Assists in developing custom solutions to address account and/or prospective account needs for a complex account and effectively presents or assists with presentations for all solutions to senior colleagues or accounts/prospects. Works to ensure all managed accounts are in good standing and addresses escalated issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner so as to ensure operational excellence and relationship satisfaction. Nourishes and grows professional network within client organizations. Attends and participates in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company. QualificationsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree highly preferred. Previous commercial insurance brokerage or related account management, servicing and sales required (5+ years). Previous experience working with mid to large market commercial clients preferred. Ability to demonstrate ideas, thoughts, clients and company in a highly professional manner.
