The Digital Recruitment Representative is responsible the set up and launch of various recruitment marketing campaigns, tactics, strategies on behalf of our client Delivery teams. This role will support a portfolio of clients with multiple geographic regions. They will be responsible for maintaining multiple campaigns, spreadsheets and databases, providing customized analysis and reporting of the data, and acting as a liaison between the clients and suppliers of information. This is a fast paced, metrics-managed environment. Success will be measured by the overall performance of the team against specified metrics.


  • Manage projects and ensure that all jobs have a pipeline of viable candidates in a timely manner consistent with Client SLA’s

  • Set up, maintain and monitor various types of campaigns including; email, PPC, SMS, Social Media, video, landing pages, diversity, military, veteran and various other programs that are intended to drive candidate traffic and engage them in conversation about our client’s job opportunities.

  • Request and present market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, identify top target companies, competitors or talent pools.

  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.

  • Experienced with queries and searches in (ATS) Applicant Tracking System or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) databases for qualified candidates

  • Keeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) databases updated at all times with campaign metrics and candidate disposition statuses and progression through the recruitment marketing funnel.

  • Direct the Sourcing Team activities in how they can assist the Digital Recruiting team in executing on various campaigns. Assist Sourcing team in directing activities such as Boolean search tactics, use of a wide array of specialized sourcing tools, and a deep understanding of the primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, Chrome extension tools, job boards, internal databases, CRM databases, search engines, social media, and web mining techniques.

  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as required

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 2 year experience in recruitment support and/or client service in a high volume service industry

  • At least 2 years of experience with computers, with working proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet ATS or CRM database applications

  • At least 1 year experience with analytics for reporting purposes

  • At least 1 year experience setting up email campaigns

  • At least 1 year experience with CRM

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • 10% Travel Annually

  • Fluency in English

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • BA/BS degree

  • At least 1 year of experience leading a candidate sourcing or recruiting team
