We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant located at our corporate headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
Essential Job Duties:
Provide administrative support for the President with a high level of trust and confidence.
Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, and department functions.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls (internal and external).
Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing diverse projects. Act as a project manager for special projects, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and organizing events.
Must develop and acquire working knowledge of department systems administration, policies, procedures and practices.
Maintain a close working relationship with other functional organizations, manufacturing facilities and key outside contacts for the manufacturing team.
Maintain a close working relationship with all members of management and have knowledge of company activities on a corporate level.
Prepare monthly budget reports through the SAP system
Update and maintain department Teamsite
Assist in development of key presentations and other digital plans.
Must be able to independently problem solve, research and manage sometimes ambiguous tasks with limited guidance.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of manager/director level administrative support or equivalent competencies.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and with key customers.
Highly effective team player with strong interpersonal and administrative technical skills.
Capable of organizing and prioritizing heavy and diverse workloads with accuracy and minimal supervision while meeting critical deadlines.
Detail oriented and organized.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Strong customer focus.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Exhibit a high level of personal drive and initiative.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Advanced level of proficiency in PC applications and operating systems including Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint).
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree or higher in Business or other related field is preferred.
Familiarity with SAP.
