The Business Process Consultant is responsible for interpreting Human Resources (HR) business processes and flows to system requirements for ServiceNow implementations. Act as Subject Matter Expert in HR domain business processes. Lead work sessions with clients to determine business requirements for a HRSD implementation. Be the Subject Matter Expert on HRSD best practices. Design, build and deploy business outcome driven solutions focused on designing processes which solve customer problems, are repeatable, accelerate value and employ process best practices and standards. Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables related to requirements gathering. Plan, schedule and facilitate requirements workshops with HRSD clients. Lead and coordinate efforts with customer technical and functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Serve as the lead for all business-process-related and requirements activities from planning and estimating work to execution of BPC tasks Lead business process analysis efforts from data gathering, requirements analysis, demonstrations, workshops, interviews, documenting meeting results, proposing design options and recommendations, documenting functional design specifications, working with technical developers/administrators, testing solutions, training, preparing for Go Live and proving post-production BPC support Include participation of engagement team members in requirements gathering as appropriate. Complete documented requirements in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria. Create and update required documentation such as process guides and flow diagrams, workshop agendas, and stories. Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences. Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their HR processes Provide guidance and deliver successful implementation of the new processes to be used by the client in partnership with other members of the project team. Provide guidance to the technical team during development and testing as well as guidance to the client during the UAT phase.
