We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Manager/Supervisor International Sales Service with our corporate headquarters located in Dallas, Texas.


  • Manage the International Sales Service team to include the quote and order process and communication with all customers and external and internal partners. Make sure that customer requirements are met while ensuring company compliance and business objectives.

  • Master an in-depth knowledge of export regulations and all aspects of international shipments such as banking or insurance requirements, duties, surveys, etc.

  • Manage the relationship with freight forwarders to include documentation questions, response times, auditing of files, invoice reconciliation and regulatory compliance.

  • Work directly with Ethics and Compliance officer to ensure that International Sales are compliant with company policies and procedures as well as all export regulations in the U.S. and in the country of export.

  • Continually review the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and procedures. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

  • Direct the recruitment, training and development of new Sales Service personnel to ensure a high level of knowledge of customers, Company plants and products, pricing and the different needs of each particular international sales region.



  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or applicable field of study.

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in customer service, international sales and/or logistics preferred.

  • Experience directing others preferred.

  • Multi-cultural experience preferred.

  • Ability to utilize research and knowledge to make decisions in ambiguous situations.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Applications.
