This is an exciting opportunity in Dallas, TX for a BMS Coordinator that will provide direct support to the Power Generation Project Management Team. This position will require learning all aspects of the organization both internal (shipping, receiving, project/sales management teams, financial management, and service department) and external (vendors, customers, auditors, freight companies and CBS). This individual will need to be accurate, organized and attentive to details.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Open BMS projects and customer accounts

  • Close BMS Projects with margin comparison

  • Order serialized inventory for power generation

  • Generate customer invoices

  • Review sales order acknowledgements against quotes

  • Open project startup folders

  • Review open startup reports

  • Process change orders

  • Review daily shipment notifications

  • Receive serialized inventory

  • Request offsite inventory conformations on monthly and yearly basis

  • Obtain monthly offsite confirmation of serialized inventory

  • Assist in obtaining documentation for month end revenue recognition

  • Assist in O&M overflow

  • Other clerical duties as assigned


Required Education, Licenses or Certifications :

  • High School diploma/GED or relevant experience for the position.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.

  • Willing to assume additional assigned duties.

  • Knowledge of BMS and Excel preferred but, not required

  • Must have an internal drive for customer service and provide an elevated level of service for internal and external customers.

  • Must comply with safety rules and regulations and apply them to daily work routines for personal safety and the safety of others.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during (month end, year-end, audit)

Compensation and Benefits

Base hourly rate commensurate with experience.
