Marsh & McLennan Quality Assurance Analyst, ServiceNow in Dallas, Texas

We have an immediate opening for a Software QA Analyst to join our ServiceNow practice. ServiceNow experience is preferred. This role will support the testing of ServiceNow functional components and integrations assuring that all components are defect free and compliant with technical and business specifications. Testing may occur throughout the systems development lifecycle. Create and/or prepare test environment. Develop test plans and test cases. Test new functionality to ensure validation of system functions. Coordinate the test effort where multiple participants are involved. Serve as main contact for the client during User Acceptance Testing Execute test cases as defined in the plan. Log test results and update test records (in ServiceNow or other). Document and reports the results of test execution. Schedule and facilitate defect and other test meetings Follow up and track failed test cases until closure. Obtain client approval on User Acceptance Testing. Requirements: 4+ years Software Quality Assurance experience is required Must have strong QA Automation experience, such as ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), QuickTest Professional (QTP), Selenium, or similar ServiceNow experience is highly preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required R042262-en R042262
