Work You ll DoServe as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures and implementation. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Integrate business needs and technology solutions to meet clients' technology and web solutions needs. Work within an engagement team to help identify and manage business requirements. Help to define technical and user-centric design challenges and vision.Create usable and intuitive concepts for complex and highly functional problems. Participate in designing and delivering end-user, Web- and Mobile-based applications. Design digital customer experience using the Hybris platform. Conduct business process analysis of current and future state processes, and produce a suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, customers (SIPOC) document to meet industry-specific and country-specific B2B and B2C demands. Perform functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management. Prepare technical and functional design documents for customer relationship management (CRM) and Enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Track functionality across all work streams from design, build, and test to implementation, and change management activities using Hybris. Utilize eCommerce platforms to execute eCommerce merchandising and promotional activities including cross sell, up sell, product bundles, and discounts.
