CBRE Senior e-Discovery Forensics Systems Engineer in Dallas, Texas
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated individual that is seeking a position with the global leader in commercial real estate services. This candidate will lead multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with the Global teams. The candidate must have managing experience in Global e-Discovery/Litigation and Investigations.
Familiarity with tools such as EnCase Opentext/Accelerate, Nuix, Relativity, SQL language / database knowledge as well as have industry certifications such as CFE, AML, CEDS, RCA or EnCE . Forensic Imaging and analysis experience a plus. Candidate will be responsible for developing workflows, collaborate with the legal and human resource departments on cases and create management and investigation reports. Attention to detail, communications and writing skills are a must.
Define complex project requirements and objectives based on business needs and deliver high quality solutions based on the project
Troubleshoot and resolve data failures by identifying and analyzing the situation and provide corrective actions
Provide senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding tools and business unit objectives
Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards, processes and documentation that guide the design and use of e-Discovery and Forensic solutions
Manage and maintain e-Discovery and Forensic software solutions
Manage and maintain Forensic Imaging equipment
Work closely with teams to test e-Discovery solutions and assist in providing future tool enhancements / solutions
Simplify complex requirements and present the information to teams and management
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience. Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience.
Industry related certifications preferred, CFE, CEDS, EnCE strongly desired
Knowledge of Varonis, Mimecast and Power BI
Ability to troubleshoot complex problems as well as manage and resolve in a timely manner
Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
Strong communication and conceptual skills with desire to share knowledge and cross-train
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Energy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a strong work ethic is a must
