CBRE Senior UX Designer in Dallas, Texas
We’re in the process of developing and expanding our ambitious products, as well as inventing new ones. We’re looking for experienced and creative Senior User Experience Designers to take a pivotal role in this effort and craft consumer-level experiences for underserved business owners.

Your day to day:
Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity
Understand who your customers are and what they need to do their jobs easier
Effectively communication and interact with the team
Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to bring concepts and requirements to life
Build interactive prototypes to test your ideas and communicate them internally and externally
Perform usability tests to validate your designs with customers
Iterate quickly and explore multiple solutions for a given problem
Collaborate with other designers and engineers to take products from concept to delivery
Build frameworks to support a fast-paced, growing organization: styleguides, workflows, collaboration tools, etc.
Provide design mentorship to other designers on the team
Here’s what you have (Required Skills):
3 - 5 years of related overall experience
Ideally 5 + years as a UX designer for SaaS products
Impressive, live portfolio demonstrating your awesome work
Effortless communication/presentation skills, natural collaborator
An appreciation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and a willingness to adapt and customize them as needed
Command of design best practices across mediums (responsive web, mobile)
Bachelor's degree in design, HCI or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Ability to code static pages using HTML/CSS
