The role requires this individual to be the hands-on lead to guide technologies, troubleshoot issues, manage proof of concepts, and develop robust enterprise grade solutions.

Assists in the evolution of our customer service and equipment management platforms to aid in the development and integration efforts.

The Customer Service applications enable the Customer Care agents to better serve our customers by providing the following information: Contract, Billing, Pay History, Invoices, Equipment Information, Usage Based Billing, Amortization schedules, and account activities. The equipment management applications support the end of term equipment tracking, buyout quotes & invoices, the return life-cycle, and the remarketing business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess recent front-end application, enterprise integration and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development experience. Serves as the highest-level technical consultant to internal clients and technical management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture and Development, having expertise across a broad portion of the organizational unit's architecture, or in-depth expertise within a more specific portion of the architecture. The resource will be also responsible for assuring the following of application architecture and development standards.

Other duties will include:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to determine system design, potential issues, and, impact analysis for each project

  • Review Requirements Documents and develop implementation strategies that preserve the availability, performance, integrity, stability, and scalability of systems

  • Produce architecture and design documents to effectively communicate the solution to the business and provide direction for the development teams and infrastructure partners

  • Work with business and technology partners to prevent or solve difficult availability and performance problems

  • Interact with internal and external technical leaders to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs

  • Research new innovative tools and technologies and lead proof-of-concepts to drive adoption

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of application development and implementation experience
