What you will do:
Research and respond to complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
Review customer satisfaction results; participates in determining necessary personal and business unit action plans
Use of Xactimate in conjunction with a Bluetooth Disto Laser measuring tool
Notify insured of exposure over the policy limit
Prepare damage estimate for complex claims
Inspect and estimate water damage, hail damage, or smoke and fire damage in a dwelling
Investigate, review, determine and verify complex coverage/policy information
Provide coverage explanation to customer
Assist in file reviews and make recommendations to refer files to Home Office for escalation

Please note that, since this is a field service position, you will need to have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle. This is a demanding field position that will require you to travel within the territory as much as 75% of your working time. As a result, you must be willing to work some weekend and extended hours if necessary.
Bachelors degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience plus two years’ experience delivering outstanding customer service preferred.
Prior claims or insurance experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for helping others.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems.
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Has and maintains all appropriate licenses and registrations for the role per state requirements
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
