CACI International Financial Systems Support Analyst in Dayton, Ohio
We are looking for a team player with hands on desktop and user support experience and the desire continue to grow in the Air Force Financial Management community. Under general supervision, you will work closely with financial system users to provide desktop support, software license management, application support, and other duties in support of the SAF/FMF AFFSO and DEAMS missions.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. What you will be doing:
Provide day-to-day network and computer administrative duties to include setting up new user accounts on AF systems and help new users file the appropriate paper work/forms required to obtain computer accounts on the Air Force operational networks.
Perform software and hardware installation, diagnostics, and problem resolution for network and computer systems
Optimize operations for networked workstations , ensuring availability, reliability, and integrity of computer systems for continued mission accomplishment.
Provide solutions and resolve complex software, hardware and network malfunctions to minimize interruption to the customers and minimizes mission delays.
Perform computer system hardware upgrades and repairs as necessary
Install and maintain computer system software including software patches and anti-virus updates
Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the organizations information technology (IT) software and hardware.
Current Security+ CE certification
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or 4+ years equivalent experience
Highly professional and self-motivated
Experienced in supporting Windows based workstation and applications
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience working multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Current Secret clearance
Knowledge of Remedy ticketing system
Experience supporting Air Force networks and systems
Experience using graphical modelling tools such as Visio or similar to depict process flows
Knowledge of Air Force Financial Management systems
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Patient and adept at working with customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
