Global Professional Services Associate Consultant Program prepares entry level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle at NetSuite. Associate Project Coordinator participate in an initial enablement program focused on building product knowledge and NetSuite’s methodology through training and development. Associate Project Coordinator learn first–hand how NetSuite impacts our customers’ businesses by working alongside their team, program lead and NetSuite Professional Services Consultants; thereby gaining valuable experience across multiple business environments before entry into the Professional Services Practice.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Being a team member and working with the Project Manager on customer projects

  • Utilize a structured project delivery methodology to coordinate multiple, concurrent projects for the Professional Services Practice Management team

  • Provide administrative support to Professional Services Practice Management

  • Maintain NetSuite’s job record for tracking project information and status on a weekly basis

  • Working with the Project Manager to set up Work Breakdown Structures on new projects

  • Checking for consistency across the practice for Implementation meeting minutes, weekly project plan updates, time and status reports

  • Building and maintaining successful customer relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3.2 GPA at a top tier US college/university; graduating class of 2017

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics; with a focus on Project Management, Accounting, and/or Management Information Systems preferred

  • Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude

  • Strong work and/or internship experience

  • Strong business judgment and common sense

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products (MS Project)

  • Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers.

  • An analytical approach to problem solving

  • Initiative, creativity and a passion to deliver results that make a difference

  • Well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Entry-level project management position that coordinates implementation projects by managing project timelines, communicating to stakeholders, and ensuring the project remains in scope and on schedule.

Manage deliverables throughout the implementation project, including milestones and project schedule. Provides feedback to the team, customer, and if applicable, corporate stakeholder when it is observed project milestones or schedule are at risk. Ensure project is aligned with the goals and timelines of initiatives as defined in scope of work and schedule. Communicate status to customer stakeholders and internal management. Ensure consistency and best practices are utilized in conjunction with adhering to customer standards.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Gaining competence in own area and acquiring a higher level understanding of role, processes and procedures. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 0-2 years of previous project management or related experience desired.
