What we have to offer:
The Professional Services Team is looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic and creative Communications Specialist to join our team. This position will own and be responsible for assisting with the development of internal communications materials, promotion of services, on-going practice updates and monthly communication announcements for the Oracle NetSuite Consulting Practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with leaders as well as employees for newsletter publications and other communications initiatives. Additional responsibilities include gathering and incorporating feedback to improve our communication initiatives.
As a Communications Specialist you will have the opportunity to make immediate contributions by:
Creating and distributing practice updates and monthly communication announcements
Collaborating with various teams and Practice Leadership to develop communication campaigns for various initiatives
Interacting with and interviewing leaders as well as nominated employees for newsletter publications
Providing support for monthly leadership calls to communicate updated strategies and news
Researching, collecting data and developing reports on metrics to support our initiatives and report on progress
Supporting ad hoc communication requests from Leadership
3.2 GPA at a top tier US college/university; graduating class of 2017/18
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or Business Administration
Intelligent, motivated and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude
Strong work and/or internship experience
Strong business judgment and common sense
Initiative, creativity and a passion to deliver results that make a difference
Well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
Experienced with Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Has database, core applications and web technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integrations.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. A BS or BA in related fields. 1-3 years overall experience in functional or technical role. One year experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
