This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with the experience and enthusiasm to help develop the next generation of Oracle NetSuite employees and have a direct impact on the practice. Professional Services (PS) Enablement supports newly hired and experienced employees. This role is central to acclimating new hires to the NetSuite environment and product, supporting the continuing enablement of experienced employees on the NetSuite application, teaching our customer engagement methodology and business processes.
As a member of the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU) Enablement Organization, the Senior Enablement Lead is responsible for a strategic enablement program, its vision, performance, and direction. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of a new, global enablement curriculum and the various training projects that are provided to the practice; ensuring consistent delivery and experiences across locations and in collaboration with the larger Enablement organization.
This role is also responsible for facilitating learning initiatives for the Practice. The Senior Enablement Lead will be a member of a strategic enablement program team and train experienced employees with activities that include conducting workshops, managing instructor-led training and guiding them through structured learning activities defined within the program. You will also onboard and train new employees across numerous locations in person and virtually and help oversee their preparation for entry into the practice.
You will be in a unique position to define, build, and grow a critical program. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of enablement training and associated materials; acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in many cases.
Define the learning strategy for the program; project manage team and partners to build curriculum and execute projects
Deliver new hire onboarding and continuing enablement program and ensure enablement objectives are met
Assist in the development of enablement program content by performing the role of SME and collaborating with other SMEs, partners, and other members of the enablement team
Drive program and participant success; investing in the success of the team and going above and beyond
Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, and creativity
Conduct needs assessments and feedback efforts with key stakeholders
Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization; earning trust and building relationships throughout
Develop an understanding of practice responsibilities and functions to better identify requirements and create training activities
Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence
Partner with the organization to identify and advocate for their specific enablement needs
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the capabilities of NetSuite
Preferred Qualifications include:
Strong accounting and financials background; CPA preferred
Excellent understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP with an understanding of standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management)
Experience in a functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training design, development, and delivery
Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences
Experience in consulting, preferably in ERP software implementations
Exceptional people skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment
Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives
Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously
Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience
Ability to create and track metrics
Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening and influencing
Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client
- s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams. Able to use Oracle selling and negotiation techniques and tools.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Three years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Project management experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Assignments have been progressively more responsible. Willing to travel regionally with some national/international travel.
