The Oracle NetSuite Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP) focuses on teaching recent college graduates the fundamentals of consulting and software implementations to prepare them for their career at Oracle NetSuite. We empower our Associates to Learn, Grow, Thrive, and Inspire throughout their professional journey -- starting with this training program. Our CS Associate Development Program immerses participants in interactive workshops, a live implementation simulation, gamified knowledge checks, and a final capstone presentation all of which prepare them to be successful consultants.

What You’ll Do
Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. Functional Associate Consultants participate in an initial three-month enablement program focused on building product knowledge, consulting skills, and implementation proficiency through training and development. As a Functional Associate Consultant you will:
Contribute as a team member on customer projects
Utilize a structured project delivery methodology
Manage project timelines and successful completion of project deliverables and activities
Deliver projects with high quality and high customer satisfaction
Take action to identify, drive and support efficiency and optimization of processes
Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and mapping them to NetSuite
Design solutions using NetSuite functions and features
Identify and manage gaps in customer requirements and NetSuite functionality
Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their NetSuite system
Build successful customer relationships
Connect, engage, and build the broader NetSuite and Oracle community
Successful Functional Associate Consultants progress into consulting positions within the NetSuite consulting organization.

3.0 GPA
0-1 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Global Business or Economics; with a focus in Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering (all fields) or Economics preferred

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Entry-level consulting position for those who are new to professional services and are developing their expertise. Receives detailed instruction on routine work and on new projects or assignments.
As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices with limited autonomy. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
0 to 2 years of experience relevant to a functional or technical role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates basic competence in one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
Colorado Pay Range: From $24.60 to $43.05 per hour
From $51,161 to $89,535 per annum
