The Oracle Global Systems team works collaboratively with Global Process Owners, Line of Business (LOB) Management, Oracle Applications Labs (OAL)/IT, Development, and Senior Management providing continuity and direction as needed to help Oracle scale its business applications and process to meet the growth of its overall business. This is a business position within Oracle’s Finance organization reporting to the Office of the CEO.

The job will also provide you with autonomy as you will be required to complete tasks with minimal supervision.

The Business Program Manager owns and drives the complete lifecycle of the programs/projects he or she leads -- from inception to full customer production rollout. The process scope includes marketing leads, forecast, quotes, order to cash, fulfillment, accounting, tax, support and incentive compensation.. In this capacity he/she will be expert in business process, application functionality, and implementation in order to provide his/her internal customers with a combination of requirements gathering, solution reviews, program management, and training.

Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 8 years of project management or related experience.
