The PM&R Secretary III is responsible for scheduling patients, insurance verification, patient admission, and preparing/discharging patient’s files. In addition the PM&R Secretary III knows and utilizes proper telephone etiquette in answering and directing all incoming calls; promotes smooth and efficient communication within the department. The PM&R Secretary III is also responsible for daily tracking of patient data and monthly reports. The PM&R Secretary III also assists with clerical and other related duties as required or assigned by supervisor. Equipment used may include, but is not limited to: computer, camcorder, VCR, phones, and calculator. The PM&R Secretary III displays positive support for the values and mission of RMC.

III. Degree of Supervision Required:Minimal after proficiency is established. Individual proceeds on his/her own initiative in compliance with policies, procedures, and practices outlined by immediate supervisor.
