Preferred Qualifications

GENERAL:

  • We drive adherence across the Oracle organization to our Order Fulfillment Policies, maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue for Oracle while minimizing impact to our overall supply chain

  • GSI expert.Be conversant with Oracle Fulfillment Policy, processes, internal SLAs, and impact on the customer

  • Identify the need for improvements; proactively suggest improvements /solutions based on experiences / successes /failures of backlog

  • We’re a source of strong business intelligence activity driving ultimate efficient collaboration between our sales force / supply and logistics partner

  • Review Weekly Supply Message to interpret and assess impact on backlog (and known future demand). In times of constrained supply or other potential causes of failure to meet delivery commitments, proactively review and identify impact on backlog / Customer

  • Communicate any constraint/transition impacts on Customer (quantitative and qualitative) to partner teams within WWOPs eg. Supply Management. In times of transition - for example, End of Life Product (EOL) /

  • New Product Introduction (NPI), proactively review and identify impact on backlog/Customer, including follow up on any Post Last Order Date (LOD) requirements

ESCALATION MANAGEMENT:

  • Specific point of contact for incoming approved escalation requests; responsible for follow through. Expedite support for execution of escalations through prompt actions and immediate communication. Where possible, engage senior management prior to direct communications from Customer to Oracle executives; ensure visibility of escalations to manager level, inside WWOPs

  • Track and monitor all escalations; status and communicate on an as-needed basis to requestor / Sales Ops / Order Management (OM), etc meeting Account expectations at the very least.

  • SALES / CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT - TACTICAL TRUSTED ADVISOR:

  • The fulfillment team operates as a key communication channel between our sales force / customers and our supply chain organization

  • Communicate directly with the Customer/Sales when appropriate, sharing information in an open honest manner

  • Attend and support any meetings scheduled relative to tactical execution, or as deemed necessary.

INTERNAL RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT:

  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key contacts in partner organizations.

  • Be knowledgeable of supply and demand issues and also know who to contact for answers.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.

Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
