Details of Activities:
Manage Major Incidents including creation of action plan,communicate said plan to all affected parties & ensure plan is executed.
Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident managementprocess
Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and makingrecommendations for improvement
Reviewing and auditing the process
Work on a mission critical 24x7x365 production support environmentproviding support
Contribute to a controlled change management processes
Use ITIL standards based processes to achieve deliverables that meetquality expectations of oracle/client.
Coordinate with offshore team for various incidents.
Adhere to defined Incident Process of oracle/customer. Comply withoracle/customer audit/compliance requirements.
Perform proper handover/knowledge transfer at end of eachassignment. Timely status reporting to supervisor.
Timely submission of timesheets for oracle/customers.
DesiredSkills & Experience
Knowledge of ITIL Process
Good Problem solving skill
Good communication skills in English.
IT skills including Microsoft Office
Exposure to Banking Domain with experience in SEPA CreditTransfers
Payment system knowledge
5 to 8 years total experience with 3 to 4 year’sexperience in primary skills.
Experience in Incident Management.
Educationaland Other Qualifications
Should be an Irish/ EEA national
Should hold a Bachelors/Masters Degree in ComputerScience / Accounting / Banking / Commerce / Management.
Fluency in English is a must.
Should be willing to work anywhere in Europe.
Should be willing to provide on call support &deployments on weekends
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving,multi-cultural and challenging environment

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
