Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Junior Administrative Assistant to join one of our highly collaborative and motivated teams in the Dublin office.

The Junior Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Buildings and Places Metro 4 team. Responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing general administrative support including setting up conference calls/WebEx’s, binding reports, scheduling meetings and rooms, managing visitors, making travel arrangements, , and maintaining inventory of office supplies

  • Develop an understadning Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other programs to accomplish work.

  • Provide support for our client relationship management database system “Salesforce” to the Salesforce Champion, training will be provided

  • Perform other related projects and ad hoc duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience not required

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills a must

  • Must be detail oriented, thorough, and well-organized and effectively manage time.

  • Must be flexible and able to work in a very fast paced work environment and at times under the pressure of meeting critical deadlines.

  • Proactive problem solver.

  • Positive attitude and willing to learn – can do attitude

  • Basic understanding in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook, Sharepoint) further training will be given

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some office experience / 3rd level certification would be beneficial, but not essential
