Marsh & McLennan Treasury Administrator - Contract in Dublin, Ireland

An opportunity has arisen within our Treasury Team for a Treasury Administrator (Receipts team). The position is based in our Dublin Office and the role reports directly to our Treasury Supervisor. The successful candidate should be diligent and enthusiastic with a proactive and flexible style of working. The responsibilities attached to this role include:  Upload Daily Bank Statements to Intellicount, Pension Payments Direct Credits to Intellicount, and identify monies received on all accounts  Investigate any monies unidentified with the bank and the business and ensure monies processes in line with regulatory requirements  Review cheque receipts for Client Assets and Pension Payments and Third Party Receipts and prepare lodgements and complete daily lodgement control  Issue Third Party Cheques Daily  Reconcile Sundries Accounts and prepare mixed remittance report  Check and confirm online banking templates  Issue Client Asset Receipts in line with Client Asset Requirements  Other ad hoc duties as required Qualifications / Experience:  Have a high level of integrity  Have strong attention to detail  Have a good knowledge of Excel  Have good communication and organisational skills  Be a good team player Systems Used:  Various Internal Treasury Systems  Microsoft Office including Excel The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
